“Sustaining Heaven with both hands to adjust the Three Warmers” is the name of the first of the Eight Treasures. It is comprised of five movements that invite nourishment into our Body-Land. The main purpose of this Treasure is to remember our Earth-Essence and bring it up to our Sun-Heart allowing the energies of Heaven and Earth to flow effortlessly in and through our entire being.
