At Healing Cycles, an appointment is viewed as a commitment and connection between the Acupuncturist and the Patient.

I understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and that there are emergencies. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. My answering machine is on 24 hours a day and I do read our e mails daily. Because I do not double-book appointments, when you break yours, I am not able to assist another patient who may need me. (Unless, at least 24hs notice is given).Fees for missed appointments There is a full visit fee for missed appointments without a 24 hour notice. I always call or e mail 48hs prior to confirm your appointment. 48 hour advance cancellation is preferred and 24 is required. Please arrive 5-10min before your appointment so you can relax at our silent Studio; this will also allow me to get a more fair reading of your vital signs. I in turn will do our best to minimize your waiting time. Since I do not double book appointments, those who are late will have a shorter session so the next patients won’t have to wait. If your schedule is hectic or you are NOT sure if you can keep your appointment, then you can schedule it on the day of treatment (if availability schedule permits).
