Classes usually go for 1hr 15min. Please, bring comfortable clothes.

6 sessions for Group Classes……………………$90

Single Private Sessions…………………………..$80

Blocks of six sessions will roll over a period of 8 weeks; meaning that you have 8 weeks to complete your 6 sessions before you start your next cycle.
