Ion Pumping Cords
This type of therapy provides gentle and very effective treatment results.
The cords are a special device developed by Dr. Yoshio Manaka. They consist of a copper cord, one alligator clip on each side and a special diode attached to one clip.
We do not use electricity as in electro stimulation, we just allow for the flow of your own electrons to move in one direction, from the black to the red clip. We usually follow the flow of the acupuncture channel that we are treating to achieve stronger therapeutic effects.
The needles used are very thin and tiny and we usually do not need more that four of them.
Some of my patients have felt like a “buzz” flowing throughout their bodies, others report warm sensations and most of the people i have treated fall soundly asleep and feel very refreshed and sometimes pain free upon waking up.
